• Outputs should be reviewed and verified before being acted upon or published • AI Empowers™ is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content • Third-party AI platform terms and policies also apply to your use of those tools 

4. Intellectual Property 

All content on this site and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, course materials, GPT prompts, and software — is the exclusive property of AI Empowers™ / Tami Halliman and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce,

distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission from AI Empowers™. 

5. Payment and Refunds 

By purchasing products or services through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All digital products are delivered with instant access upon purchase. 

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Specific refund terms for individual products are stated on each product's page or in its Terms & Conditions. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

[email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

11. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
